At MVP Pro Shop, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. We want to ensure you have the right equipment to perform at your peak, so we make the exchange process simple and hassle-free.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
